FAB Award 2013: For the first time after the pandemic, people met again live in Bangkok in September for the Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference 2023. With its award, this event has been providing enormous encouragement for years to ensure that the level of gastronomy and offerings at airports is currently higher than ever before. This year, we are particularly pleased and proud of Marcel Tauschek: our young chef at Mountain Hub Gourmet won the 2023 Award in the category “Airport Hotel Chef of the Year”!

The FAB Awards have been instrumental in the industry’s quality revolution over the past decade. This is the only global airport F&B award that promotes and rewards excellence. At the same time, it helps to set a progressive path for the industry.
